About Us
Sakura House runs an eight-seat sushi counter and a small dining room in the heart of Little Tokyo. Chef Ito trained in Osaka and sources fish four times a week. The kitchen also pulls its own ramen noodles and simmers the tonkotsu broth for twelve hours. The omakase is worth planning around.
